Is AMS.ceo free to play?
Yes. AMS.ceo is free to play — create an account and start building your airline empire in minutes. There is nothing to buy to get started.
Do I need to download or install anything?
No. AMS.ceo runs entirely in your web browser on desktop or laptop — there is no download, install or plugin required. Just sign up and play.
What is an airline management simulation?
An airline management simulation (also called an airline tycoon or airline strategy game) puts you in charge of every business decision behind running an airline — fleet acquisition, route planning, flight scheduling, ticket pricing, aircraft maintenance, hiring staff and managing loans and cash flow — rather than flying the aircraft yourself.
Can I play against other people and AI airlines?
Both. Worlds are shared and persistent: you compete for passengers and market share against other players and against AI-controlled airlines, each with their own fleets, routes, branding and strategies. There are also single-player worlds if you prefer to build at your own pace.
What aircraft and eras can I play?
Worlds span decades of aviation history, from the 1950s to the present day. The aircraft available to buy or lease reflect the era you are playing — from early piston airliners and airships through to modern jets — so your fleet and network grow as the world advances through time.
How do I get started?
Create a free account, choose a world, name your airline and pick a home base airport. From there you buy or lease your first aircraft, open a route, schedule flights and start carrying passengers. The Wiki guide walks through each system in detail.
Is there a mobile app?
AMS.ceo is a web app and works in mobile browsers, but it is designed for desktop and laptop screens where the scheduling, route and fleet tools have room to breathe. There is no separate app to install.
